Grilled cheese that ends arguments. Tomek runs it the way a kitchen should be run — order whatever's on the board that day and don't overthink it. First pin of the shakeout leg, and the bar got set stupid high.
Update from Oldsmar: caught these guys catering a local event — raclette straight off the wheel, wine flowing, the whole nine. To die for doesn't cover it. A cart that can run a wedding-grade spread is the real deal. Couldn't recommend Tomek enough.
